increase reactivation of previously rejected candidates, and
decrease average time-to-fill certain positions
add a HangOn candidate’s key information (role, market, relevant links, comments, etc)
select candidate’s level of potential, which determines a calculated follow-up date
receive email reminders when follow-up dates occur and are overdue
when a product is intended to be quick-use, it’s a good idea to try to eliminate unnecessary thinking or calculation moments
